The {{[jump="http://web.mit.edu/cats/www/"]MIT Rocket Team}} is an MIT student group that wants to build a liquid fueled rocket engine and send into space. During January 2004 and 2005, to build up the experience of the newer team members, we held a 20lb engine design competition.
